Green Juice

Green Juice  Having a Green Juice before my run.

  Ingredients:

 1/3 green bell pepper

 3 leave dinosaur kale

 3 stalks celery

 1/2 apple

  1 big slice cabbage

  1 carrot

  1 scoop of powdered greens (spirulina, barley grass,   wheatgrass, etc.) + a squeeze of lemon juice

This is truly a power drink! Loaded with magnesium and other minerals that are good for your muscles and mind :), and alkalizing.  Yummm.

    EEEeeeewwwww you DRANK that? Sounds like the kind of thing you give to sick pet bunnies.

    My recipe for tofu:

    Feed the tofu to a cow.

    kill the cow and eat the steak 😉

    The scientifically impossible I do right away
    The spiritually miraculous takes a bit longer
